Meet the Team!

	MIKE CUSIMANO - Team Leader - 512-795-9918 Mike Cusimano is the founder of The Premiere Team and is a Broker associate with Keller Williams Realty. After an Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Army, Mike managed large apartment complexes before getting his real estate license in 1992. In leading by example and being readily available for his clients, Mike strives to meet and exceed his clients' expectations. This commitment to service is the foundation of The Premiere Team. His expertise in marketing and negotiations has ranked him in the Top 1% of Realtors internationally and as one of Austin's Top 20 Realtors out of 9400+ agents since 1995. Mike spends all his free time with his two sons and enjoys music, playing drums, movies, water skiing, scuba diving, snow skiing, and golf.


	Waeland Thomas - Senior Agent Waeland Thomas is one of The Premiere Team's New Home and Residential Specialists. Waeland has 10 years as a sales and customer service consultant. He believes in where there is a will, there is a way. His desire and motivation has kept him in the top 1% in sales in the past 8 years. Waeland has a beautiful wife and children that motivate him to meet your needs and exceed your expectations. When not working you may find him at church gatherings, playing drums for the church band or playing basketball.

	MiKE Hill - Productivity Manager & Residential Sales Agent Mike Hill is our Agent Recruiter & Productivity Manager overseeing the production of the agents by providing accountability, training, one on one coaching, market stats, goal setting & lead generation/follow up. Mike has over 25 years of experience in development, relocation, sales & management in real estate. His skills and experience allows for a detailed view in every transaction which offers his clients the ability to get the very best in terms. Michael was also a previous owner of a million dollar business and thus understands the importance of customer satisfaction. He is a great listener and thus always finds the best solution to complex issues for his clients. Michael enjoys golf, the outdoors and spending time with his family.

	SUZANNE GHARAVI - Senior Agent Suzanne Gharavi is The Premiere Team's Senior Buyer Agent. Her main focus is previewing and showing new & resale homes for The Premiere Team's clients. She really enjoys helping her clients find what they want and often continues a friendship long after the sale. Over 75% of her sales come from past customers or referrals and she speaks two different languages. Suzanne has over sixteen years experience in the customer service industry and three years education towards her degree in Business. She spends her spare time with her husband, Bo, and 3 kids enjoying Austin's great outdoors and Nightlife or traveling.

	Mike Goswani - Residential Sales & Leasing Agent Mike Goswami has been in the customer service industry including hotel management and business operations for over 18 years. He is a firm believer in honesty, integrity and working hard for his clients. Because of his past experience and being able to speak six languages, Mike has become an excellent communicator. Being an immigrant and a proud U.S. citizen, Mike values hard work and goes above and beyond to help his clients. He enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, playing tennis, pool, table tennis and swimming.

	CASSANDRA PHILLIPS - Office Manager/Transaction Coordinator Cassandra Phillips is The Premiere Team's Office Manager and Transaction Coordinator. She assures that each transaction runs smoothly from contract to close. Cassandra communicates directly with all parties involved to include the mortgage company, title company and corresponding agents to insure everything stays on track to close on time with no problems. Her attention to detail and her communication skills allow her to handle each contract accurately and efficiently. In her spare time, Cassandra enjoys live music, politics and spending time at Austin area parks.



	sharon Jones - Marketing Director/Listing Manager Sharon Jones is the Premiere Team's Marketing Director and Listing Manager. She is responsible for gathering feedback from all showings and keeping in touch with all of our listings on a weekly basis. She also is responsible for the creation and maintenance of all the marketing materials such as creating flyers, magazine ads, internet ads, postcards and all other customized advertising campaigns. Her attention to detail and creativity were acquired through many experience in Graphic Design. In her spare time, Sharon enjoys the live music scene and spending time with her husband, Robin and their dog.
