About Jaci

Jaci Serna, a native Austinite, began her career path into the world of real estate in 2013 as an Education Counselor at one of the largest real estate schools in Texas, The Real Estate Business School (formally known as The Austin Institute of Real Estate). During her time at the school, Jaci quickly learned the ins and outs of the business, from how to obtain a real estate license to how to grow a business after you are licensed. She took inspiration from something the school owner, Wayne Morgan, used to say: "There is more to real estate than getting a license, and your license guarantees you nothing."

Jaci obtained her real estate license in 2014, and soon after, she became the school's Office Manager. While performing this duty full time, she also began to work part time as an Apartment Locator. Because Jaci was born and raised in Austin, she was able to use her knowledge of the area to help several clients find great apartments, while continuing to expand her knowledge of Austin and the surrounding cities. With the help of the other agents and the owners of the school, Jaci quickly began to build her name and prepare for what she knew would be her biggest career move yet.
