I entrusted Mike to be my property manager in late 2009 after I moved my mother from Cedar Park, TX to the Florida panhandle. I had a lot of concerns about the renting the house and how hard it might be to work with a property manager, whom I had never met, but had no choice to trust him, with overseeing and maintaining the place, managing new tenants, providing me with required rental documentation, ensuring the renters’ needs were vetted to me accurately, etc. Mike worked with me for almost 8 years, and he never let me down. Not even once! He is a fabulous property manager and he has “grown” quite a team of worthy individuals under his wing who are eager to help at a moments notice. Then I listed my home in March 2018 with Mike and gave him remodeling money to fix it up to sell for top dollar. Not only did Mike pick out the colors and materials needed, he also over saw the remodeling job, hired and paid the contractors with my approval and even saved me 10% off of the materials. He sold my home with multiple offers above asking price and above my expectations. They are professionals at Premiere Team Real Estate, and they are a really fabulous team! If I ever need a realtor or a property manager again in the Austin/Cedar Park area, you can bet I’d pick Mike Cusimano every time!
