Mike Cusimano, I just wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you for all your help in renting my home. This being the first time to be involved with rental property it caused me to have a lot of concerns. I have since learned they were unfounded concerns. The thought of having another person living in my home was a difficult concept for me and I know this caused you a lot of problems. If not for the financial aspect I would never have considered renting my home.
I just wanted to say thanks for everything. You and your team have been outstanding. I have found that all my concerns were taken care of in a manner of a true professional. If I had known how you take care of the issues I could have saved myself a lot of sleepless nights. I guess your many years of experience have paid off.
